If you already have a NetZero Stick™, you may activate your service by plugging your NetZero Stick™ into an open USB port and connecting to the Internet. Before you can begin surfing, you will be prompted to sign-up for a NetZero Mobile Broadband account. Click the sign-up button and complete the registration information. Once you've completed the registration, your account will be active and ready to use in 15-20 minutes.

If you already have a NetZero HotSpot, you may activate your service by turning on your NetZero HotSpot and connecting your device to the NetZero HotSpot network. Before you can begin surfing, you will be prompted to sign-up for a NetZero Mobile Broadband account. Click the sign-up button and complete the registration information. Once you've completed the registration, your account will be active and ready to use in 15-20 minutes.
